2023 Reading Goals & Hopefuls

The past few years I have posted a list of the books I plan to read as Goals and even some Hopefuls. I don’t have a stealer track record with this list, I get to some but not all. This past year it was about half. Many of my book friends have gone with the theme of 23 in ’23 but I just couldn’t narrow down that last one from 24 to 23, so I will stick with 24. Seems ridiculous, no? Just cross one off! Nope, I couldn’t do it! Ha! 24 is the number I have chosen in the past and it comes down to two a month.

There are a few I listed that have made an appearance on this list before, I am determined to get to them this time. And there are 6 titles here with 3 repeats authors appearing twice. One book (the first listed), I did read as my first book of 2023. It was great and its nice to already have one completed. As I write this, I am currently reading a second from this list but will be finished soon. Two others I already know are selections for my monthly book clubs.

Here are the 24 books I plan to read in 2023. If they haven’t been released quite yet, I have included the date that should be published.

about me

About Me...
I am a married mom of 2: both are now recent college graduates, carving their own paths. One lives out of state, the other nearby. We love to travel but don't do it often enough and generally find our adventures close to home.
I've had many chapters from New Mom, Working Mom, Stay-At-Home Mom, Sports Mom, School Volunteer Mom, Business-Owner Mom, Back-To-Work-Mom. I will always be a mom - but they now havetheir lives independent of mine. What is next besides mom in the title? Oh, and I read a lot.
