2024 Reading Goals & Hopefuls

I have been meaning to post this for over a month and I forgot. Silly me. The past few years I have posted book titles that are my Goals & Hopefuls for the year. 24 in ‘24 is a common post right now, and why not – it makes sense. But I’ve been hand picking 24 books to plan to read for a few years now. I like the amount, 2 a month that are chosen with thought just feels good to me. And feeling good is what reading is to me. This list keeps me on track and I’ve been having better reading years since I started the plan. I think it helps deter me from all of the shiny new squirrels! Here are my lists from 2023 and 2022.

Here are the 24 books I plan to read in 2024 – a mini TBR list. Some are newer, some will be released this year and some have been on my list for a while. I followed my 24 for Goals with some of my Hopefuls. I may or may not get to those as I am always adding others in each month too. I did create this list at the very end of ’23, and by now I have already started in on this list and have read a couple. If you follow me on Insta, you already saw this list at the merry beginning of the year. Also of note, several of these books won’t publish until later this year.

about me

About Me...
I am a married mom of 2: both are now recent college graduates, carving their own paths. One lives out of state, the other nearby. We love to travel but don't do it often enough and generally find our adventures close to home.
I've had many chapters from New Mom, Working Mom, Stay-At-Home Mom, Sports Mom, School Volunteer Mom, Business-Owner Mom, Back-To-Work-Mom. I will always be a mom - but they now havetheir lives independent of mine. What is next besides mom in the title? Oh, and I read a lot.
